Annual Roof Maintenance:

  • Roof Sunscreen – Wash the Rubber TPO/ EPDM roof and apply Rubber Roof Treatment. ~$300.00
  • Inspect and Re-apply the Dicor Self-Leveling Sealant wherever the Dicor is cracked. ~$600.00

5 Years Without Sunscreen: Inspect the roof for rubber fabric degradation and if present, reseal with EPDM/TPO Rubber Roof Sealant ~$1,900.00

10 Years Without Sunscreen: Replace the EPDM/TPO Rubber Fabric and the 1/8” plywood roof. ~$13,000.00
